Thrive
    Thrive session

When everything feels too much, your body remembers how to come back.

A Community Interest Company in Greater Manchester offering breathwork, EFT, and nervous system regulation, with bursary places available for those who need them.

If you've found us, this is probably for you.

You have probably tried other things. Counselling that helped a bit but didn't quite reach the part of you that wakes up at 4am. Medication that took the edge off but left you wondering when you last felt like yourself. Books, podcasts, breathing apps you opened twice.

We're not here to replace any of it. We're here for the thing none of it gets to: the part of you that lives in your body, not your head.

    How we work.

What we mean by 'nervous system regulation'.

Most people try to think their way out of feelings that live in the body. The reason that rarely works is that the parts of the brain responsible for fear, panic, and overwhelm don't speak the language of reason. They speak the language of breath, movement, and physical safety.

Nervous system regulation is the practice of helping your body remember it is safe. Through breath, gentle physical work, and tapping, we work directly with the part of you that has been holding too much for too long. It is not about making feelings go away. It is about giving your body the conditions it needs to settle, so the rest of you can think clearly again.

Sessions are £45, with bursary places available.

We run one-to-ones, group sessions, and retreats. One-to-one sessions are £45, and groups are £15. This work is funded by our corporate wellness clients and by people who can give more than they need to receive.

We believe access should never depend on income. If paying is not realistic for you right now, we offer bursary places at no charge. No proof of need is required—we just want to make sure you can get the support you need.

    For organisations

We work with NHS trusts, healthcare providers, and high-stress workplaces to deliver bespoke wellbeing programmes. Revenue from corporate clients is what makes our bursary-supported access possible.

    Zoe, Founder of Thrive Collaborative

    From the founder.

I started Thrive after going through cancer treatment and realising how alone people can feel inside something like that. Therapy helped me. Medication helped me. But the thing that actually got me through the worst nights was learning what to do with my own breath.

I wanted other people to have access to that, regardless of what they could afford to pay. That's what we're building here. If any of this sounds like you, please get in touch. There's no obligation, and the discovery call is free.
